That link will open a new tab in your browser.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Welcome to week 17 of the 2023 Home Fellowship Bible study under Dr. Kevin Zadai&#8217;s Warrior Notes Ministry.  Here are my comments and insights on Dr. Kevin&#8217;s Home Fellowship Lesson for this week.  I urge you to share your comments at the <a href=\"http:\/\/jesus-abc.net\/wordpress\/?p=1231#comments\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Comment<\/strong><\/a> link. <\/p>\n<p>Dr. Kevin Zadai&#8217;s suggested exercises are listed below. I&#8217;ve added my comments here to start the session exercises.  See the website <a href=\"http:\/\/jesus-abc.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Jesus-abc.net<\/strong><\/a> and click on the&#8221;fellowship&#8221; link then &#8220;video&#8221; to find the corresponding transcript of this week&#8217;s lesson.<\/p>\n<p>I may purposely leave a short comment so others might comment on Dr. Kevin&#8217;s exercises on the blog. Your comment can be lengthy but stay on topic. You can comment on these questions or anything that strikes you in Dr. Kevin&#8217;s discussion.  It does not matter if five people have already commented on the same topic\/question.  You have something to share and do not know whose life you will affect. <\/p>\n<hr>\n<p>Week 17_2023<\/p>\n<p><strong>Q<\/strong> o Why does correction need to come to the body of Christ concerning the unity of believers?<\/p>\n<p>This is my prayer just before I attend Church.  I also do my best to see through the eyes of Jesus. I make that part of my walk.  I take my stand with Christ and in Him alone.  Then I can love my neighbor. I think the bumps we hit on the road are due to what Kevin is speaking about.  We are all here, and we are to love one another.  The body cannot be at an end with itself.  Jesus prayed that we would be one.   I told that today to a fellow I met on my journey.   I have to say our conversation was preplanned by the Lord.   <\/p>\n<p><strong>Q<\/strong> 1. What happens when believers come together to study God&#8217;s Word, pray, and develop their faith to where they agree?<\/p>\n<p>As I heard Dr. Kevin say recently, I believe That God&#8217;s Kingdom would have been set up on Earth.  This reminds me of times when we discuss what would have happened if Jesus had been accepted as the Messiah at His first appearance.   Then we think how terrible it is that He was not.  But can we be that much different than those who rejected Him 2,000 years ago?  The only difference is God and His mercy.  We have found Him due to that, and He knew we would say yes to Him before we were born.  That is not predestination.  We all have free will and must tell the world they can be saved!   <\/p>\n<p>We reject Him each time we reject one another within the Body.  <\/p>\n<p>I agree with Dr. Kevin when he speaks against Calvinism.  It gives our fallen flesh an excuse not to share the Gospel.  <\/p>\n<p>The Kingdom has to take root in our hearts.  Then it has to manifest in works.  Those works should include sharing the Gospel.  It might be a kind gesture that leads to a conversation.  The kind gesture is fruit in and of itself.  <\/p>\n<p><!--\nEach time we speak evil of one another, we reject Messiah.   I hope that reaches some hearts.  So many hearts in the Church have grown cold.  The love of many will grow cold, the Word tells us.  \n\n<strong>Matthew: 24:9-12<\/strong>\n9 \u201cThen they will deliver you up to tribulation and put you to death, and you will be hated by all nations for my name\u2019s sake. 10 And then many will fall awaya and betray one another and hate one another. 11 And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. <span class=\"bg_color001\">12 And because lawlessness will be increased, the love of many will grow cold.<\/span>\nESV\n\nLawlessness here refers to sinful lifestyles.  While adultery and \"Woke\" are nothing less than devil worship, in my understanding, the sin that besets the Body the most is the tongue that speaks evil and sets the course of nature on fire, as James tells us.  \n\nI like to clarify things because if we do, we have a better chance of communicating clearly and agreeing on God's Word.  We have to open conversations with people without hidden intentions.   \n\nI really have a heart for those who have been condemned by the Church but saved through the mercy of Jesus Christ.  I cannot help but speak of it.  I counseled women who cried for fifteen minutes screaming in anguish and pain.  She was accused falsely in the Church.  So you will hear me speak and learn in this area.  This is disunity.  This is a calamity and causes the world to stay away from the Church.  The woman had a zeal for the ministry God had given her.  But the Kingdom took a blow that day, and it came from within the walls of the church.  There is no doubt that the most destructive part of the body is the tongue.  It can bless God and curse humanity made in His image.  It can be a spring giving life-sustaining water, or it can be a poisoned well.   \n--><\/p>\n<p><strong>Q<\/strong> 2. Luke 1:37 says that with God, nothing will be impossible. According to this study, what are some ways to increase your faith?<\/p>\n<p>Stay in God&#8217;s Word.  Stay close to Jesus, pray, and acknowledge His as Lord and Savior.  Pray for God to use you to share His Son.  That prayer is always answered for me.  That increases my faith.  The lies of the enemy will come at you from every direction.  But you are a Truth carrier.  You carry the Holy Spirit who saves you and the world.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Q<\/strong> 3. How can one person&#8217;s supernatural encounter with God impact the body of Christ and the world? Talk about how these are not to be viewed as superheroes but are meant to bless the whole body.<\/p>\n<p>We cannot place pastors on a pedestal.  We should show honor where honor is due, but we cannot idolize a person.  We seem to do that no matter the case.  We idolize movie stars, pastors, and sports figures.  In the church, this can be subtle and not noticed.   We can celebrate men and women of God, but we must remember that only Christ saves.  I will not regress, but I have seen behavior expressed from the pulpit that should not be expressed.  If you idolize this person, you would think this is coming from God when it can be a manifestation of the flesh.  <\/p>\n<p>We have to, first and foremost, honor Christ.  God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.   This is where every shepherd has to direct the flock Jesus is gathering. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Q<\/strong> 4. Discuss the importance of understanding how God ordained your generation according to Acts 17:26. Why is it important that we move from an individualistic mindset to caring about our generation?<\/p>\n<p>See the harvest.  Jesus tells us it is full and ready for harvest.  See all the people you come across as potential for the Kingdom.  The crowds in the streets as sheep without a shepherd who needs to come into the fold.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Q<\/strong> 5. Discuss how great moves of God have been started in the past. How does that encourage you? And how does that impact your sense of responsibility to the Lord and the body of Christ?<\/p>\n<p>When I was a teenager, there were Gospel songs on secular radio.  They were hits.  Pop music, some rock, and roll, and Gospel songs too.   Happy Day was played on the radio to mock Christians.  It became a number-one hit.  The Jesus Movement started in California.   The King of Kings was a staple every Easter. So many times, we attribute to God things that God is not responsible for. Things like Hurricanes, tornadoes, disease, and famine. God has made way for humanity to come to escape hell.
