Here are my comments and insights on Dr. Kevin’s Home Fellowship Lesson for this week<\/a>.<\/a><\/strong> I urge you to share your comments using the Comment link<\/a><\/strong>. Discuss some areas in your life where you sense God developing you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your Comment<\/strong><\/a>. Please<\/em>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n It’s amazing how timely these questions are. Well, lately, as I’ve been reading through the Bible, something I used to do many years ago, I find myself being rooted and secure in who I am and what the word of God says I am. Don’t let the world, anyone else, for that matter, or the devil convince you that you are less. You will malfunction in all areas, including your walk. <\/p>\n\n\n\n So I have to say I’m capable of interacting with and dealing with those around me, and I think that’s really necessary, as our society seems to be more on edge due to the sociopolitical situations in our cultures today. It’s good to communicate, smile, be friendly, and hopefully get a response in kind. It is so important to have that compassion and desire to truly communicate and not just talk at people and hear our own voices when they’re talking, or give a rehearsed response. <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n Q<\/strong> ) 1 According to John 7:24, what does it mean to judge righteously? Why is it important to see, hear and perceive in the Spirit?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your Comment<\/strong><\/a>. Please<\/em>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n This, I believe, happens more so than we’d like to with me. I think all of us, to some extent, have evaluated another human being based on their appearance at one time or another. In some way, it is natural, especially if you felt threatened or were threatened with physical violence, that you would have an immediate response. There can be a psychological response to anyone who resembles the person you experienced. And many other things can trigger this response. I think it is a knee-jerk reaction. But then the word tells us to take a step back and evaluate the situation according to what truly is going on, and that we cannot tell what “type” of person someone is based on their appearance alone. Nor their accent nor their walk nor their clothing. None of these things can bring about an assessment of the person that we create in our imagination. But God looks at the heart and truly sees the individual. How much more do we need to do the same? If you have a NYC accent from 40 or more years ago, you will be classified as a thug. It’s happened to me. What they do not know is that if you had called your doctor’s office during that error, the woman on the line would have had an even stronger NYC accent. It’s just an accent. And if you hear an accent, it is because you have one yourself. <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n Q<\/strong> ) 2 Community is central to the move of God that we are in. How do you develop accountability and trustworthiness with God and others?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your Comment<\/strong><\/a>. Please<\/em>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n We have to be reliable toward one another. It starts off by judging righteously. It’s the first responsibility. The enemy is great at getting us off track in this area. We have to be loyal to God’s Word first, and then we can be loyal to ourselves and then others. How well do we know God? Do we believe and leave God at His house, the church we visit on Sundays? Or is God a central part of our lives in our walk and conversation? <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n Q<\/strong> ) 3 Discuss the separation that is taking place in the body of Christ. Why can’t some people go beyond a certain point with the Lord?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your Comment<\/strong><\/a>. Please<\/em>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n Humility is key. If we love, if we are humble, then when we make an error, the error will be to our benefit. Better to err on the side of humility and love them to be an error on the side of pride and anything else. This will conclude our responses: verbally, what we do in life, how we do our jobs, how we love our families, and how we love our neighbors. Separation is coming, and it is a righteous judgment that God provides for Humanity. We have to have that relationship with our Lord and Savior. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Without that relationship, we are truly striving on our own accord. That love and humility come from being in fellowship with the one who’s called Love, and the one who showed the ultimate lesson in being humble, and that’s the King of Kings and the Lord of lords, Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n Q<\/strong> ) 4 In Matthew 7:21\u201322, Jesus tells some who have done great signs and wonders to depart from Him because He never knew them. Discuss the difference between position and relationship with God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your Comment<\/strong><\/a>. Please<\/em>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n I definitely don’t want to hear those words said to me. And I think Dr. Kevin clarifies this, and I’m glad he does, as it shows us the difference between positional and relational. It is the relational aspect of our salvation, not “Thank you God, I’ll see you next Sunday,” but even that may have a bit of a relationship in it in and of itself, but we want to have a bit more than that, and I think Jesus expects much more than that from us, being that he died on the Cross for our sake. He is not distant, hanging on the cross that was erected 2,000 years ago. He’s waiting for you to embrace Him fully as Mary did. Also note that though some are told to depart – very strong words – they are not subjects of hell. They are distant. Some say they get a chance to change that in Heaven, as they mature in ways they did not down here. <\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n Q<\/strong> ) 5 Why were Abraham, Moses, and David considered friends of God instead of others who were part of their lineage? What can you do to develop your friendship with God?<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your Comment<\/strong><\/a>. Please<\/em>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n Abraham heard the voice of God and obeyed Him. Not perfectly, as we saw in the record. Nonetheless, he left everything behind to go on a journey as God had told him, going to a place he had never known existed. Bringing his whole family with him and leaving all his security behind. While David fell into great sin, he was humble enough to confess his fault before God. This did not change the effects of the sin in his life and the kingdom, but it caused great harm and pain to David; nonetheless, David humbled himself before God and confessed. Please note, don’t think the things you go through in this life are due to you sinning. Sin is the condition of this world, our flesh, and the devil. It is not all due to your personal sin. Now, with that said, I think all of the above are things I definitely need to do. I feel we all need to do while walking in this world with any retrospect whatsoever to our relation and our knowledge of God.<\/p>\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n Q )<\/strong> 6 Pray with one another and for anyone with specific needs or prayer requests.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Your Comment<\/strong><\/a>. Please<\/em>,<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dr. Kevin Zadai’s Prayer: Lord, we thank You for good health. I break the bondages of evil spirits causing disease, brain fog, or other manifestations in the flesh. We break those powers now, in Jesus’ name. We thank You, Lord, for continuing to lead and guide everyone, causing them to prosper in every way. Lord, cause them to triumph. Father, thank You for my family all over the world. Kathi and I love and adore You, Lord. We also love all our family. Father, I ask that You would anoint each one with power right now. Lord, touch every person who hears this teaching and help them receive. In the name of Jesus, we break the bondage of fear off of our family. We break any attack on their finances right now. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke the devourer. We command every evil spirit to go. Thank You, Father, for teaching each person what they need to do to have supernatural finances. Lord, I believe that You will have Your way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
