Jesus Stays The Same

"What He says and who He is as a person are the same thing"
 ~ Dr. Kevin L. Zadai

After you watch the video and read the study notes on this page, answer these questions here on the Blog mentioned above:

Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Hebrews 13:8

DISCUSSION:
God is always the same, He never changes. Jesus’ personality never changes. If you were to meet Jesus on the earth, in Jerusalem, in the Kingdom of Heaven, or if you met Him right now, there is no difference in the way He is now compared to the way He was before. He’s the same. He never changes. There are many different religions, denominations, and people that misrepresent Him. He told me to encourage people and tell them the truth about Him and the Father because He’s being misrepresented.
He said, “We're not doing any of these terrible things that are happening in the world, and we have nothing to do with that because of the way we are in this dispensation.” He said, “We're in the Church age.” What that essentially means is that He's ministering by the Spirit, the harvest is coming in, and the Spirit is building up the body. That's what He said we're doing. We're building up the body and bringing unity and maturity to the body of Christ. Then He said, “We're also, ministering to the world through the body and bringing them in like the harvest.”

That's what the Holy Spirit is doing. That's what Jesus is doing in His body. He's the head, and then He has His body on the earth, and the body is being built up by the Spirit through the gifts of the Spirit and the Fivefold ministry of the church. Then, the ministry of the body is to bring in the harvest. He said, “We're being misrepresented, we're not killing, stealing, and destroying or bringing disease.” He told me “I've come to give you life, and life more abundantly.”

PEOPLE MISREPRESENT WHO JESUS IS
In America, what we do sometimes through our culture is make Jesus out to be a certain way, and it’s not the way He is at all. We accommodate Him into our culture, but the Jesus that I met in person when I was on the other side, wasn't the way my culture had portrayed Him. The Reformed Presbyterian Church where I was trained, never talked about the born-again experience. There were other denominations I was involved with that also had different views, but when I met Jesus, He was just like the Bible. He quoted Himself and quoted scripture to me for 45 minutes. He showed me many different things that are happening in the Spirit, but He was constantly quoting Scripture.
In my book, Heavenly Visitation, I go more in-depth about what I've shared, and I haven't shared everything. I don't know if I ever will, but that book will give you enough for this lifetime. I realized that He is what He says He is. What He says and who He is as a person are the same thing.

Our Bible here is written in English. In the Gospels, whenever Jesus speaks, it is written in red. Even in the book of Revelation, when John is quoting Jesus, it's in red letters. That's only with our English version. Jesus quoted Himself for 45 minutes to me and some of the things that He said I had to look up. I had been to Bible school. I had a bachelor’s degree in theology, and then I got a two-year degree in theology above that, and now I have my Doctorate. Everything He spoke was from the Bible, and I realized I didn't know everything about the Bible.

I decided that for my life after this experience with Jesus I would find Him in the Word and read it and get to know the Bible in a better way. Jesus explained some things that are so simple that we miss them. Culture, religion, and leaders interpret Him a certain way. We’ve seen it in the Catholic Church when the Pope made a statement and said that there are many ways to God, but Jesus explained and said, “I am the Way, I am the Truth, and I am the Life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” He said, “I'm the only way to the Father. You can't get to the Father except through me.” Jesus is the only way to the Father. There aren't any other religions, and there are no other ways to God except through Jesus Christ. If a person is preaching the Gospel, then he will be preaching that Jesus is the Way. He’ll be preaching from John 14:6-7. “From now on you will realize that you have seen Him and experienced Him, to know me is to know the Father.”

Jesus said, “I am the door.” He said this to me in person, and I said, “Yes, I know you're the door, you said that in the book of John.” He said, “Well, you don't go anywhere on the earth unless it's through me. You have to walk through me anywhere you go.” I realized that I wasn't 100% committed to Him and that I had to make some adjustments. Jesus stays the same.

When I encountered Him for 45 minutes on the operating table, He was just as strong as He appeared to be in the Bible with me. He was just as adamant about who He was and how everything works. He never once asked me for my opinion or discussed anything about what I thought. He was telling me, "This is the way that things operate, and here's how you can operate in the Spirit. Here's how you can get your prayers answered. Here's how you can walk in the Spirit and hear from me."

There are so many things that He showed me. I was so excited. Then, He told me I was coming back, and I realized that He was teaching me how to walk in the earth realm by the Spirit. I didn't catch that He was preparing to send me back and I didn’t think He was going to.

Since Jesus is just like His Word and He never deviates from the truth of who He is, how does that create a hunger in you and cause you to want to know more of Him and devote your time to Him?

When I experienced Jesus in person, He was the same person that I experienced when I read the Gospels. When I read John chapters 14-17, I can get a good dose of Jesus. I'm getting a good reference point on how things work. If all I had was John 14 through 17, I could finish out this life just fine concentrating on those three chapters because what’s written in there is enough for my life.

Even though I enjoy Paul and I need all his letters and live in the Epistles continually, Jesus never changes, and if He tells you something, two years from now, or if He visits you He's going to say the same thing. If you haven't done it, He's going to tell you, "When are you going to do what I told you?" He doesn't back off of the truth, He doesn't back off of your life. Whatever He has written about you, and whatever He wants for you, it's written in the Word of God but some things are specifically written about you that might not ever come to pass unless you step it up in your commitment to Him in your heart.

When you agree that He is the door, and you go through Him then you have access in this life here through prayer, the Spirit, fellowship, worship, helping, and ministering to others. When you do all of that, then you're walking in power and destiny while you're down here on the Earth. That is called having access. That is walking through Jesus, who is the door, and that is the open Heaven. If you're looking for a portal or an open Heaven, it's Jesus. You walk right through Him. He is the door, and He's the way to the Father. You can't get to the Father any other way. When I was in Heaven, I was taken to the throne room and I sat there with Jesus. The Father was sitting there on the throne, but I wasn't allowed to look at His face, I saw everything up to His neck, and I wanted to look at His face, but Jesus said, “Don't do it.” He wouldn't let me.

As we were talking back and forth, I realized that I had access to the Father because of Jesus. I had to go through Jesus I was talking to Him and I had that encounter and I realized, that’s the way it is on earth. Everything we do through prayer; we use the name of Jesus, and everything we do, we go through Jesus to do it.

• He's always going to stay the same with you.

• If He has used people to prophesy over you, then that word still stands.

• You're supposed to fan that prophecy into flame and use those words as weapons of warfare against the enemy.

• The gift that was put in you, you're supposed to fan it into flame.

• You're supposed to be actively working with God because Jesus spoke those words over you.

What does it mean that Jesus is the door and we are to go through Him to have access and to access the Father?

FAN INTO FLAME WHAT THE FATHER HAS SAID
According to Psalm 139:16, each day of your life was written in a book, but they have to be actively fanned into flame by you. Those things have to be spoken out again and repeated out of your mouth. Those prophecies, have to be spoken and you have to wage war with them. It doesn't automatically happen just because you’re involved with this. You have to walk through the door. Think about it this way, if you hadn't committed your life to Jesus Christ through a prayer of Salvation you wouldn't have become a Christian. If you didn't believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, you wouldn't be saved because it says that you have to do that. It's a transaction that happens in this realm. I encourage you to live in John 14 through 17.

Keep in mind that we can misrepresent Jesus Christ and we can do it by our culture, and by religious views that aren't biblical.

• We need to get back to the Bible and see the personality of God and how He acted in certain situations.

• We need to see what He said, how He was, what He did, and how He dealt with situations because Jesus isn't going to change.

When you meet Jesus in Heaven, and you will when you go to be with the Lord, He's going to be just like John, chapters 14 through 17. He's going to be just the same as He talks to you. You're going to smile and think, "Wow, the Gospels got it right.
Paul got it right. Everything in the book of Hebrews talks about Him being the High Priest, it's 100%.” You’ll see that He loved you before you were born, before you messed up, and before you fell. He loves you just the same. Whatever it is you're going through right now, whether it’s doubt or fear, He still loves you the same. He hasn't changed a bit towards you. He doesn't think any less of you right now. All He asks is that you come to Him and you walk through the door. Walk through Jesus.

PRAYER:
Father, I thank You so much. You've explained this so well. In your word and I thank You, Lord, that we just live in John chapters 14 through 17 and we also understand that You're the Way the Truth and Life, Jesus and we accept You and we walk into You and we know that we have access to the Father in Your name. And Father we come to You in Jesus' name and we thank You for providing us a way of Salvation. We thank You, Lord that we'll finish out our life here and be faithful and we'll see the glory of God. We'll see you confirm Your word with signs and wonders following in Jesus' name. Amen.

DISCUSS:

1. Talk about how Jesus still loves you just the same, and He’s loved you before you were born.

2. How can we misrepresent Jesus Christ by our culture and religious views that aren’t Biblical? How would Jesus respond and act? How would He deal with certain situations we’re faced with?

3. Pray with one another and open up the opportunity for people to give their lives to Jesus if they haven’t accepted Him in their hearts.

❖ You can receive Jesus right now. If you don't know Him, or if you need healing, you can receive healing right now. If you need guidance, it's available right now. If you want an open Heaven in your life, just walk to Jesus, walk right into Him, and go through that door. If you want to feel the Holy Spirit in a greater way, where you're listening and hearing Him, it's through Jesus. You can have Him today. You can ask Him into your life or rededicate your life to Him today.
