Welcome to week 25 of the 2025 Home Fellowship Bible study under Dr. Kevin Zadai’s Warrior Notes Ministry. Here are my comments and insights on Dr. Kevin’s Home Fellowship Lesson for this week. I urge you to share your comments using the Comment link. Dr. Kevin Zadai’s suggested exercises are listed below. I’ve added my comments here to start the session exercises. I may purposely leave a short comment so others might comment on Dr. Kevin’s exercises on the blog. Your comment can be lengthy, but stay on topic. You can comment on these questions or anything that strikes you in Dr. Kevin’s discussion. It does not matter if five people have already commented on the same topic/question. You have something to share and do not know whose life you will affect.

Q ) Can you trust your feelings, especially when they go against what we just read here in the scripture?

I heard science-minded Bible scholars say that scientists are saying we live in a type of matrix. That disproves Darwin’s theory of Macroevolution. We are here due to purpose and design. But one thing is evident, and the Bible expresses is that this place is fallen. We are to renew our minds, and our minds are supposed to tell our bodies no. We don’t need to beat our backs with the proverbial chain, nor do we do so to our neighbors. We are made in God’s image, and now we have God dwelling on us, making us more than conquerors regardless of what we see. We walk by faith and leave the lies of the enemy behind.
Q ) Talk about your feelings and what they’re based on?

Our feelings might be based on the fallen realm we are currently in. Once again, we must see what God has established in His Word, and through His goodness and righteousness, we can walk by faith. We cannot base how we are going to feel in the fallen realm because God sees us complete according to His Word.
We go where we focus our attention. We perceive and understand what we attain in our minds. So we must choose who we will follow. We must choose which G(g)od will rule our life.
Q ) Discuss: The spirit is the part of you that is eternal and born again. The soul is your mind, will, and emotions, which we get the word “psyche,” it is the mental part of you that your emotions are tied to. Then, you have a body, which we have to discipline. Of all these, your Spirit is most dependable, but our minds are to become transformed by being renewed with the Word of God, which will then align with your Spirit. Talk about all of this and then discuss how we are to arrest our emotions and thoughts.

God’s Spirit speaks to our spirit through His Word and by that still small voice that assures us. We focus not on this worldly pleasures that should have become strangely dim as we grow and mature in the Word of God. satan also wants us to believe his lies about ourselves. I have bought this several times. Fear. False Expectations Appearing Real. satan is a lier and a murderer. He comes to steal and destroy. he will have your thoughts in a quagmire in no time if you let those lies seep into your reality. God is Reality. God is Truth. God is ..? So, in Him we live, move, and have our being (Acts 17:28). Do not have your “being” in this world. Though we are in the world, we are not of the world.
Q ) Discuss how outside influences impact you to make decisions.

I grew up with a lot of negative situations at home and elsewhere. Those events can cause us to get into a frame of mind that is self-destructive. We may make decisions based on the lies satan programs our minds to believe. We must renew our minds in the Love of God – in His Word.
Q ) God already invested in you by choosing you and He gave you the Spirit of God, then He assigned you with a book that He wrote about you. Talk about how “If God is for you, then who can be against you?” (Romans 8:31).

We have been given the keys to the kingdom (Matt 16:19). What we bind on Earth is bound in Heaven. We are seated in heavenly places. We transcend this fallen realm as we are not of this world. So, the Auther of Salvation has told us He is for us! who then can be against us! What can separate us from the love of God?
Q ) How do we weigh all three parts: the internal struggle versus the external influences, and the sound Word of God? God is on the other end saying, “This is not an opinion, “I believe in you, and I’ve chosen you.”
