Week 14_2026
Q ) Discuss how important it is to Father God and Jesus to emphasize the kingdom of God.
Your Comment. Please,
The Gospel narratives tell us that when Jesus was asked by His Disciples (Luke 11:1) how to pray, it starts with our Father:
Matthew 6: 10-13 NKJV Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.
And do not lead us into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.
I have heard people brush off these particular verses in our Bibles because we were taught this prayer in school as children. Many of us have decided because we remember being little children with our high-pitched, cute little voices reciting this prayer. And why do things seem to get old and too familiar to us? The fact of the matter is that these are the words of Jesus, giving us a direct command about what to pray for. This is Kingdom Authority on the Earth. We should be walking in Kingdom Authority. We should remember this is Jesus, the maker of everything that there is in the universe, and the one who holds all things together, the power of His might. These verses should carry the weight of the universe in their meaning to us.
I take that literally. I know some denominations speak of this as a philosophical concept, but I literally believe in Jesus setting up His kingdom on this Earth because we read many verses in the Old Testament. I believe everything that the Bible holds is true and being accomplished on Earth in the physical sense. As it says, Jesus is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and His Kingdom is coming, not just in the philosophical way within us.
Q ) 1 Matthew 6:33 says that if we focus on God’s kingdom and His righteousness, our needs will be met abundantly. Why is it important to understand this?
Your Comment. Please,
All I can say is when we walk in the joy of the Lord and in the light of his presence, our needs are met in a way that fire exceeds anything that this world can give. Now our basic needs are met by our God. Regardless of what was going on in our lives.
After my father had become ill when my siblings and I were children, we had to pay very expensive medical bills, and he was no longer able to be employed due to his illness. We always got by. I think God really provided all our needs in that sense.
But by focusing on the kingdom of Heaven, what we have is far greater than anything this world can have to offer us regardless of how spectacular It may be regarded in the eyes of those who only can see the physical aspects of this life – I think it’s a desperate attempt personally for them to attain what their heart truly desires and that’s a loving relationship with God but they don’t know how to find it and so it is expressed in other means such as great wealth and possessions. Not that there’s anything wrong with having all that, but first we must seek the kingdom of God, which far exceeds anything we can imagine. The heart of every human being is seeking the Love that God offers. We must focus on sharing that love. Must Christians will never express that need that they (those without Christ) desperately long for and do not understand – the Saving Grace of our Lord and Savior Who died for them.
Q ) 2 The Jewish leaders expected the Messiah to set up a physical kingdom. Discuss the kingdom of God as a spiritual kingdom and how that impacts our lives.
Your Comment. Please,
The leaders during Jesus’s day were looking for the expulsion of the Roman Empire. Though the sages did comment that the Messiah had two aspects: Messiah Ben David, the conquering King Messiah, and also Messiah bin Yosef, the suffering Messiah depicted in the life of Joseph in Genesis. So the commentaries written hundreds of years before Jesus was born reflected a view of a suffering Messiah. They were wondering if there would be two Messiahs. They saw the duplicity but did not realize that it was within one individual who first comes as a suffering servant and then as a conquering king. They wanted Messiah Ben David.
But first and foremost, God’s kingdom came so that His kingdom could be established through the redemption of the spirits of individuals, not just the Jewish nation, but the entire world.
The impact of the course is Christ in us, the hope of the glorification as our redemption draws nigh, and all of nature’s groans and waits for the day. It’s coming, and His kingdom will destroy the kingdoms of this world, and they will become the kingdoms of our God. All that we see, the adultery, children being sold like commodities, pain and suffering, and death, will be eliminated!
Q ) 3 How has the overemphasis on particular topics, such as healing and prosperity, robbed the body of Christ? What should we be focusing on above all else?
Your Comment. Please,
We need to see these topics as part of Salvation. They should come naturally to us. I personally believe satan has deceived the believing community into thinking that pain, suffering, and death are orchestrated by God. Many do not comprehend God as the One Who comes to give Life and Life more abundantly. Dr. Zadai stresses this quite a bit in his Spirit Schools on YouTube. Instead of loving one another, the body seems to continually judge others, which leads to problems since most of us have 2x4s sticking out of our eyes.
First and formost we need to focus on God’s love for us, and we are to love one another in spirit and truth. Then we can live in the abundance of God’s presence – His love.
Q ) 4 Based on this study, briefly discuss what the Scripture teaches about the unfolding of the end times. Why must we have a proper perspective of God’s kingdom?
Your Comment. Please,
The first thing we should focus on is sharing the Gospel, expanding the Kingdom, as people themselves have the Kingdom living within them. They themselves become members of the Kingdom of God, and also should be doing the same, that is, sharing the Gospel. The coming of God’s kingdom to the earth is initiated by God himself. And what we have here in this lesson is that they’ll be caught away and then the return of Christ to set up His Kingdom.
The book of Daniel mentions this several times in its various visions and dreams. It is absolutely splendid! But the soil of our hearts must always be fertile for the Word of God to expand and grow so that we may truly shine at this time.
Q ) 5 Daniel 12:3 states that God’s wise ones will shine brightly, even though our world is growing darker. What are we called to do to bring this to pass? What supernatural help do we have to aid us?
Your Comment. Please,
We were just discussing this in question 4. So, first and foremost, I remember being told many years ago that this has to do with those who lead people to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Of course, the more fertile the soil is – that is, your heart, and the more in line you are with the Word of God, loving God by obeying Him – the greater that light will shine. The Hope of Glory Christ in you and you in Jesus Christ is the power that sets us free and makes us heirs of the Kingdom – the authority on the earth as the body of Christ – and the ambassadors of the Kingdom of God. Within each person lies the power to change this world as we trample on the scorpions and snakes and take back the land that truly belongs to our Lord Savior, who will definitely be sitting on the throne, as it states in Jerusalem, on the seat of King David.
Even though we don’t see the seat of King David at this time, it is a metaphorical description of Christ literally being on the earth and ruling from Jerusalem, this planet, for the 1,000-year reign of Jesus Christ, when the physical manifestation of the Kingdom comes to this earth.
Q ) 6 Pray with one another and for anyone with specific needs or prayer requests.
Your Comment. Please,
Dr. Kevin Zadai’s Prayer:
Father, thank You so much for your kingdom that is expanding within us at an amazing rate. Thank You, Lord, for manifesting through all our family worldwide. Give us the grace to accomplish Your will by yielding to the Holy Spirit within us to preach the good news and to love people, helping in any way we can. I believe, Lord, that You’re going to give supernatural provision and pay off people’s debts and bills. Provide extra so that they can buy food, water, and supplies to give to people that are in need and witness to them about Jesus Christ. So I believe, Lord, that all the fellowships will be well supplied and that each individual will encounter the Lord’s favor. Thank You for manifesting this, in Jesus’ name, amen.
Prayer Request: If you have a testimony, a healing, or a prayer need, please share it in the comments section below.
Share with us what God is doing in your life and what your prayer needs are – Comment.
Pray with one another and for one another, especially for those with specific needs or prayer requests. Please pray for me and everyone receiving the weekly email at Warrior Notes Tribeca, including the ministry team and Dr. Kevin Zadai. Anyone with a suggestion can post a comment, email me, or do both. What can we do as a body to support a local mission, such as the Bowery Mission in NYC? The links for this mission and others like it are included in each weekly email I send. Stay in the Lord, and don’t let anything steal your joy. Circumstances come our way, but they cannot completely control us. Christians should not be left to their own devices but should take appropriate action when the waves rage. God bless you and keep you! Please respond to the questions Dr. Kevin Zadai asks us to discuss in this week’s home fellowship video. In addition, you might want to share your thoughts on any of the questions for the week’s lesson by adding a Comment on Kevin’s suggested questions. Share your personal experiences. Comment on any part of the video, not necessarily the questions Dr. Kevin suggests. Tell us what God is saying to you. Please share it with us, but first, watch this week’s lesson video or read the transcript on the Warrior Notes Tribeca website.
God Bless, and thank you,
Scott.
