Welcome to week 29 of the 2022 Home Fellowship Bible study under Dr. Kevin Zadai’s Warrior Notes Ministry.

Let us look at the first question Dr. Kevin Zadai puts to us.

Q. What are some things you can take ownership of that are keeping you from engaging with the Father?

Can you answer that? If you can think of something, why not comment on the blog?

I need to take hold of the Word of God and note that His promises are Yes, and Amen! We have the victory. How far does that go? How victorious are we? How victorious in Christ Jesus? The Son of Man.

We are the children of God. I would like to capitalize that phrase. The Children of God. It is a special title. It came with the cost of Jesus’ life, suffering, dying, and coming back to life. It is no small thing to be a Child of God. I need to walk in it. What is it?

And whether you turn to the right or to the left, your ears will hear this command behind you: “This is the way. Walk in “it”.

Well, looking at the previous verses of Isaiah 30:29, we see it’s telling of those who do not believe the message, as the Berean Study Bible puts it. The Lord God Who is Love tells His people He will direct their path. He tells His people who are so blessed which way to go. This is the Old Covenant God keeps with His people Israel. Let me paraphrase what Dr. Kevin says, don’t we have a better covenant in the New Testament?

Now, where are we walking once again? You may be wondering at this point and thinking, “remind me not to ask Scott for directions”; the place we are going is where our faith is. God is the author and finisher of our faith. He ordained us to be His heirs of Salvation by His Grace. We seek a Heavenly city, and we are not of this world. Do not partake of that which takes us off that path. You have to claim your destiny in Christ Jesus and ask Him as you would your uncle, brother, or better yet, your father. God is your Father. Can you trust Him? Where will you walk if you are not of this world as Jesus has told us?

I think I gave my part of this discussion a good shot, and I’m sure it can use some improvements. Now I’m going to place the next question to you. Yes, I mean you who are reading this right now.
