Welcome to week 31 of the 2022 Home Fellowship Bible study under Dr. Kevin Zadai’s Warrior Notes Ministry.

Let’s look at the first question within the discussion itself:

How can you be victorious in your race, and how can you strengthen yourself in the Holy Spirit?

Great question; I think we all know how to do that. You must stay close to the Lord. Reading, Abiding in His Word. Communing with Jesus one to one. Telling Him that you love Him and staying true to that love. I hope everyone here has had a great encounter with the Lord. If not, seek Him more deeply.

How can you prepare and be equipped before you face a situation, so you won’t be taken off-guard? How will you trust that the Holy Spirit is with you in your journey?

I believe the second question is answered by the first question’s response. I believe we must always project what the Word says about us and our destiny. It says we walk on scorpions and snakes and that they do not have dominion over us. Always listen to the still, small voice the Lord utters to you. It’s better to have the armor on since we are in a battle down here. Yet Jesus’ yoke is light.

By faith, King David killed a giant, a monster really, with just a sling and could not where the military dress of his day for his battle. But David had all he needed to kill Israel’s enemy, which stopped the entire army.

Ephesians 6:10-19 NKJV
10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.
11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
13 Therefore take up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand.
14 Stand therefore, having girded your waist with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,
15 and having shod your feet with the preparation of the gospel of peace;
16 above all, taking the shield of faith with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one.
17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
18 praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints–
19 and for me, that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel,

I include verse 19 because that is the weapon of choice which the enemy cannot stand – the gates of hell cannot prevail – withstand the beating that the Gospel delivers. Amen to that!

Discuss with each other the situations that the Lord has prevented you from being in.

I think I mentioned it a while back. I received step-by-step, turn-by-turn instructions on how to get back to the bus depot in Chicago. We stopped over for a one-hour layover, and I decided to walk about and take some photos. I had become disoriented and panicked when suddenly I heard the voice of the Lord give me specific instructions on how to get back to where I had to go. Other times it was as if the information was downloaded directly to my conscience, and I just went about as if I always knew what to do. But if we let the enemy confuse us, if he finds any flesh hooks in us to distract us with, we can easily lose sight of our destination.

There are three more questions to go over if you like to share your experiences or just comment on the three I discussed, always pray for all those receiving these lessons from Dr. Kevin Zadai.

Share your personal experiences. Tell us what God is saying to you.

Please share your comments on the blog concerning this topic Dr. Kevin Zadai has given us for this week’s lesson.

God Bless and thank you,
Scott
