Welcome to week 41 of the 2023 Home Fellowship Bible study under Dr. Kevin Zadai’s Warrior Notes Ministry. Here are my comments and insights on Dr. Kevin’s Home Fellowship Lesson for this week. Q: What three things must align to walk in synchronization with someone?

Our waiting might be due to our agreement with what God wants to do with our lives. He has plans to bless you and not curse you. Christ died for a world that is already condemned, and He died for us while we were yet enemies. Now He calls us friends.
I have to say I have been lacking in my patience and in what God would like to do with my life. I need to be clear on this issue because I believe God has called me to a place of teaching His Word, and I cannot hide what I need to rise above in order to fulfill the calling of God. I think all of us face this situation as we mature and must move on. And we must move on. We must move on and sit at God’s feet to learn from Him.
Q 1) Discuss how the revelation in Amos 3:3 applies to our walk with God. How does the Holy Spirit help us to keep our appointments with Him?

God waits for us every day. He is seeking the most important thing to Him, and it is having fellowship with you! He died for it! Unless the Lord builds the house, our work is in vain, and He is the one who has prepared a place for us. The Word says we are seated, already there, in Heavenly places. The Lord wants us in this present state we are in to follow Him and agree with where He wants to meet us in our lives. He is very much interested in meeting us, but have we, have I, kept our appointments? There is Joy unspeakable when we gather in His presence. It is His place in the congregation. He will assess and set us according to His estimation of us to rule and reign in His Kingdom come on Earth as it is in Heaven.
At the set time that I appoint, I will judge with equity. Psalm 75:2 ESV
Revelation 2: 26-29
26 And to the one who overcomes and continues in My work until the end, I will give authority over the nations. 27 He will rule them with an iron scepter and shatter them like pottery —just as I have received authority from My Father. 28 And I will give him the morning star. 29 He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. Q 2) What is the difference between the appointments of Christ’s first and second coming, according to Hebrews 9:28?

Christ came for the first time to deal with the sin issue. He has resolved it for eternity. It is finished. Sin will not have dominion over you. Christ is coming back to complete the redemption process as our redemption draws closer. The complete fulfillment of the mission of Christ will be established as He sits on the throne of King David, ruling physically upon planet Earth.
Q 3) Psalm 91 talks about dwelling in the secret place of the Most High God. Discuss what it means to make God your habitation.

The Word made alive. The logos, the Word made flesh. He chose to come in Human flesh to show us what God is truly like. He loved us and showed us how we must stay compassionate toward one another. A world that lives like that will not destroy itself. Now, He has prepared a dwelling place for us. A city whose make and builder is God. A temple not made with hands but one made in the image of God Himself. And we live because He gave us His Spirit. He fills the temple with His Spirit, and God’s entry for humanity into eternal life has been cleared.
So, how much time did I spend reading the Bible today? How much time have I given Christ, and how much time have I spent doing other things? I know for sure I must spend more time on the most important aspect of this life, and that is God.
Q 4) Why is it critical to understand that God has times and seasons for everything? Why does He sometimes delay His promise to us?

That is a very good question. I never understood why the Hebrew children had to spend over 400 years in bondage to Pharaoh, a pagan king. One thing I can say is that God’s purpose is to bless humanity! He did not preserve this world He created for pain but for pleasure.
Revelation 4:11
11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. KJV
Q 5) Why is it vital to understand that God judges the wicked at an appointed time, according to Psalm 75:2? Discuss God’s reward system for the diligent and how we can strengthen ourselves during this time.

This ties in closely to the previous question: Let’s look at a verse back in Genesis.
Gen 15: 12-16
12 As the sun was going down, Abram fell into a deep sleep, and a terrifying darkness came down over him. 13 Then the LORD said to Abram, “You can be sure that your descendants will be strangers in a foreign land, where they will be oppressed as slaves for 400 years. 14 But I will punish the nation that enslaves them, and in the end they will come away with great wealth. 15 (As for you, you will die in peace and be buried at a ripe old age.) 16 After four generations your descendants will return here to this land, for the sins of the Amorites do not yet warrant their destruction.” NLT
God has purposes for humanity far greater than most would understand. In His creation we are made just lower than God Himself. Some translations say “… just lower than the angels” but scholar’s agree it should say God.
Pray with one another and for anyone with specific needs or prayer requests.
