Welcome to week 2 of the 2024 Home Fellowship Bible study under Dr. Kevin Zadai’s Warrior Notes Ministry. Here are my comments and insights on Dr. Kevin’s Home Fellowship Lesson for this week. I urge you to share your comments at the Comment link. Dr. Kevin Zadai’s suggested exercises are listed below. I’ve added my comments here to start the session exercises. See the website Jesus-abc.net and click on the”fellowship” link and then “video” to find the corresponding transcript of this week’s lesson. I may purposely leave a short comment so others might comment on Dr. Kevin’s exercises on the blog. Your comment can be lengthy, but stay on topic. You can comment on these questions or anything that strikes you in Dr. Kevin’s discussion. It does not matter if five people have already commented on the same topic/question. You have something to share and do not know whose life you will affect.

Week 2_2024

Q 1) 1. Speak: Speak what the Father is saying by the Holy Spirit. Do you ask God to give you words? Why?

Your Comment. Please,

When God’s Holy Spirit comes through you, those around should appreciate the words coming from the Father. You may speak into a situation prophetically and not realize it. It happens on a daily basis, and many believers don’t even recognize it. If you are staying close to Jesus on a daily basis, you will speak the words He gives you.

The pastor where I first started attending church used to say at the start of every service, “Let your words be my words.” That is how I am starting each day as I ask for someone to witness Jesus to.

Q 2) Be willing to say nothing if nothing is given to speak: Jesus defended His Father, not Himself. Are you willing to be silent rather than protect yourself?

Your Comment. Please,

I just paid for a FaceBook ad promoting a video I produced discussing the accuracy of the Gospel regarding Jesus’ resurrection. I received many rude remarks regarding our faith from the enemy working through individuals. But I knew not to interact. My goal is to share Jesus and give an opportunity for non-believers to receive the Lord of Glory.

Here is the video. Please give it a thumbs up on YouTube and hit the subscribe button to increase the video’s coverage on social media. I prayed for those who were perishing and even invited them to receive Jesus. I told them that He would forgive them if they received Him.

Q 3) Advocate within, you will refute your opponents: Luke 21:15 (NLT) says that you will be given the right words and such wisdom that none of your opponents will be able to reply or refute you! Discuss this and how you would apply it.

Your Comment. Please,

Truly, we need to ask God to give us the right words to say. Some people you really do need to cut off from your social circle if you are going to minister the Word of God. We need to be built up and not torn down.

Protect yourself from senseless attacks from family and friends. That includes those who say they are following the Lord because they are the first ones the enemy wants to use to attack you. Be wise. Be very wise. Confess your faults to God, and live the crucified life. Know when satan is speaking regardless of whose mouth he is using. Remember, Job’s wife quoted satan, and Jesus told Peter, “Get behind me, satan”. It is not due to Peter’s simplicity as we hear preached. But the enemy is taking hold of our tongue, which is an unruly thing, as James expresses. This applies to every one of us.

Q 4) Let the Holy Spirit teach you: Luke 12:12 (NLT) The Holy Spirit will teach you at that time what needs to be said. How can you prepare your personality and experience transformation to allow yourself to be counseled?

Your Comment. Please,

We must be involved in what God has called us to do. If not, we will not be living as we should nor enjoying the peace God has for us.

As we draw closer to what God has ordained us to perform, His joy will overwhelm us.

Pray with one another and for anyone with specific needs or prayer requests. Please pray for me and everyone receiving the weekly email at Warrior Notes Tribeca, including the ministry team and Dr. Kevin Zadai. Anyone with a suggestion can post a comment here, email me, or both. What can we do as a body to support a local mission such as the Bowery Mission in NYC? The links for this mission and others like it are in each email I send weekly. Stay in the Lord, and don’t let anything steal your joy. Circumstances come our way, but circumstances cannot take complete control of us. Christians should not be given over to situations but take appropriate actions when the waves rage. God Bless you and keep you! Respond to the questions Dr. Kevin Zadai asks us to discuss in the video for this week’s home fellowship. In addition, you might want to share your thoughts on any of the questions for the week’s lesson by adding a Comment on Kevin’s suggested questions. Share your personal experiences. Comment on any part of the video, not necessarily the questions Dr. Kevin suggests. Tell us what God is saying to you. Share it with us, but first, watch this week’s lesson video or read the transcript on the Warrior Notes Tribeca website.

God Bless, and thank you,

Scott.
