Welcome to week 49 of the 2025 Home Fellowship Bible study under Dr. Kevin Zadai’s Warrior Notes Ministry. Here are my comments and insights on Dr. Kevin’s Home Fellowship Lesson for this week. Q ) Why is worship so important? How might you want to accelerate or go further in your time of worship and thanksgiving to the Lord?

We have to put ourselves in a position where we are praying, thanking God, and worshiping Him.
It’s the holiday season, and everyone is so busy running to and fro at this time of year. It just seems to get that way. There always seems to be another thing to do, something else to remember, and another errand.
But we have to settle down and remember the Christmas season is to worship the maker of Heaven and Earth. That is Jesus the Messiah. And He inhabits the praises of His people! I have to say, nothing has been a greater blessing than going through these weekly studies and attending the Bible college at Warrior Notes. I know it’s producing fruit because the enemy seems to attack whenever I get ready to do just that! And I know I definitely have to pray more and worship my Lord more! Praise music never stops at my place! It plays continuously in the kitchen and on my big-screen TV in the living room as I tune in to worship videos. It sets the atmosphere – clears the atmosphere. And you can bet before I step out today, I’m going to get down on that floor and be in the presence of my Lord. The enemy comes in so many different ways – so many people looking to slander and malign the character of a godly man or woman! But we have to be ready to answer in the spirit realm with the Word of God, the Sword of the Spirit, and break its power!

Q ) 1 Discuss: There’s only one offensive weapon, and all the others are defensive. How effective is it when you just show up well-dressed in your armor, wielding that sword? How is it a different kind of battle when you show up with your sword

Once you are secure in your faith and knowledge of the Word of God, you can be proactive in that we are more than conquerors. We are more than conquerors, even if we are half proactive, that is, offensive, wielding the Sword of the Spirit simply because God lives inside of you! Some demons flee just because you walk down the street. What lies inside of you has the power to light up all the stars in heaven, some of which are 1,000 times larger than our sun in our solar system. Remember that and pray to the God Who Loves You!
We are secure because of the Blood of Christ and what it has accomplished for us. We confess, we repent, we bring the Word of God to remembrance – and then we speak the Word of God and know who we are in Christ Jesus, and the enemy has to flee at the mention of His name!
Instead of waiting around for a volley of the enemy’s attack, you can pick up that sword and defeat the enemy before he can launch an attack. That is being proactive in the Word of God – that is, wielding the Sword of the Spirit. You don’t wait; you pray before you step out the door, before you walk through a door; everywhere you go, you carry the Sword of the Spirit in You!
Q ) 2 Discuss: Worship, praising God, and giving testimony will destroy what the devil is doing in your life, the lives around you, and the territory in which you live.

We covered this in a question in the midst of the video transcript for this lesson. We must worship in Spirit and in Truth – Jesus Christ is the Truth – we must live truthfully according to His Word – when we sin, we have to confess; when our thoughts go wrong, we have to get back to the Word of God, to the Truth, and align ourselves with Truth.
Worship and prayer change the atmosphere around you, not just for yourself but for those around you. I experienced it myself in the cafeteria of a local college where I am an alumnus. It seems to have changed not just me. Though you’ll hear people say prayer changes you, of course, it does. It will also change the area you are in. The prison doors should open.
When the Word of God is your helmet, you know the difference between being in a Godly mindset as opposed to being one of this world. The things of this world will grow strangely dim, and the brightness of the Word of God will shine forth, giving you understanding, peace, and love.
Ephesians 5:8-16 (KJV)
8 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.
11 And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
12 For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret.
13 But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light.
14 Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.
15 See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,
16 Redeeming the time, because the days are evil.
Q ) 3 Discuss what it means to have a righteous consciousness versus a sin consciousness. How do we live from a righteous consciousness based on what Christ has done on the cross for us concerning sin?

We have to remember we are bought with a price. That price is the Blood of God’s Son, and He has washed us and made us as white as snow. Our thoughts, our words, and our actions must be in line with the Word of God. When we sin, we must confess and return to the place God has purchased for us in Him. We are not of the world.

10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.
11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Prayer
Father God, I just thank you that you’ve given us my Lord the Rock of Salvation, where we can build upon our lives and have hope, faith, and love! A place where there’s a normal atmosphere of peace for those who have the helmet of salvation, the Sword of the Spirit, through the knowledge and study of Your Word, and You, my Lord God, the Word made flesh! I thank You, God, that You’ve made a way where there is no way, God that you part the sea. You walk on the water. You calm the storm, and You’ve given us God the inheritance of Your kingdom and You the Pearl of Great Price as our reward! We thank You, Father, that You are a good Father who has imputed the righteousness of Christ into our account as we stand before You, and the blood of Your Son speaks of better things.
May we go forward God and love with a sound mind, the Word of the Spirit, the helmet of Salvation, thei breastplate of righteousness, and the sandals ready to share the Gospel of your Son. We thank you, Father God, in Jesus’ name.

Enter into the New Covenant that God has made for humanity. Heaven is waiting for you! You are eternal. Where will you spend that eternity? The New Covenant! Salvation prayers in other languages.
