Welcome to week 43 of the 2026 Home Fellowship Bible study under Dr. Kevin Zadai’s Warrior Notes Ministry. Here are my comments and insights on Dr. Kevin’s Home Fellowship Lesson for this week. I urge you to share your comments using the Comment link. Dr. Kevin Zadai’s suggested exercises are listed below. I’ve added my comments here to start the session exercises. See the website Jesus-abc.net and click on the “fellowship” link, then “video,” to find the corresponding transcript of this week’s lesson. I may leave a brief comment to encourage others to comment on Dr. Kevin’s blog exercises. Your comment can be lengthy, but stay on topic. You can comment on these questions or anything that strikes you in Dr. Kevin’s discussion. It does not matter if five people have already commented on the same topic/question. You have something to share, and you don’t know whose life you will affect.

We also have a Facebook group: https://www.facebook.com/Jesus.abc.net

We have Salvation Prayers in several languages at the following link. You can share them on social media, print them out, recite the prayer for yourself or with someone right on your phone or computer. Here is a link to the Spanish Salvation Prayer.

Week 43_2026

Q ) Why was it wrong for Job to sacrifice just in case his children sinned?

Your Comment. Please,

To bring a sacrifice for someone who sins is not in accordance with the Law. The Law is not mentioned in the Book of Job, and it is estimated that the Book of Job was written before the Law was given. But even when the Law was given, the person who sinned brought the offering. In other words, if I sin and go about my life with t no repentance, my parents bringing a sacrifice to appease God will not work. My parents may pray for me, which is good, but I must be consciously aware of my sin and in need of forgiveness, and the offering must be my willful repentance. If the sin was committed in ignorance, the person who committed it, once it is brought out, must have a repentant heart and bring a sacrifice for the sin.

Q ) 1. Discuss the seven ways satan attacked Job after God bragged about him. How did Job respond?

Your Comment. Please,

The first three ways affected Job’s finances, ruining him financially, as the fourth also destroyed his home and killed all his children. Sounds like the work of the devil to me. (Don’t blame God!). Nonetheless. Job did not sin by blaming God. Don’t hold a grudge against God. We must grieve. We feel pain. We suffer. But God initiated Salvation so we can be saved from this fallen state and escape the one who has power over death and live forever. That is the purpose of us being alive. It is to be brought back to the place God created us to be in the first place! That is why Scripture says, “Seek first the Kingdom of God,” then all these other things you seek in this life will be added.” And let me mention life more abundantly will be added.

American Standard Bible (ASB) Hebrews 2:14
2:14 Since then the children are sharers in flesh and blood, he also himself in like manner partook of the same; that through death he might bring to nought him that had the power of death, that is, the devil;http://jesus-abc.com/php/Bibles/ASB2/58_002.php#verse14

The fifth and sixth attack came upon his health and also from his closest – his wife – bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh. The voice of satan came from his closest partner. Give up! Don’t hold onto life. Die! That might sound familiar to some. There were 48,824 suicide deaths in the United States in 2025. Drugs and violence must have taken a large toll as well. You must understand God loves you and has called you to be His own! Commit to that love! The seventh. Last but not least, his church buddies had encouraging discussions with him that contradicted God’s Word.

Q ) 2. According to John 10:10, how do you determine whether something is from God or the devil?

Your Comment. Please,

know that there are many ideas on this topic. Don’t be afraid to share yours in the comments. The litmus test:

* Did it kill?
* Did it steal?
* Did it destroy?

If it did, it was not from God. It was from satan. People struggle with that. They think it was God who did them harm to bring about some good. God works out all things for our good, but only because we live in a fallen state. We live in a world currently controlled by satan until the Day of the Lord arrives, and we hear the angel proclaim, as we read in Scripture, “The Kingdoms of this world have become the Kingdoms of our God.” At that point, God is literally establishing His sovereign rule on earth!

Q ) 3. Discuss how the enemy tries to use circumstances to discredit God. Why is it important to discern what is taking place behind the scenes?

Your Comment. Please,

First and foremost, the person who matters the most to Job, his wife, tells Job to curse God and die, which is precisely what satan told God Job would do. But instead, Job blesses God’s name! You must know when God is working, regardless of how savvy your friends are with the things of God, whether they speak foolishly or for God. You have to know when people respond incorrectly to situations in your life and try to give you advice even if it sounds scripturally correct. You have to know the Word to discern what is going on. satan can come as an angel of light. We should not be deceived!

Q ) 4. What does it mean to have extra oil ready for our lamps and wicks trimmed, as the five wise virgins did in Matthew 25:1–13?

Your Comment. Please,

That is the special place we create when we worship the Lord and give Him our love. It is a place of peace that passes understanding and description. When you are there, you are ready for the Lord’s wedding feast. You are really His own in that relationship you build with the Lord through obedience and dedication.

Q ) 5. Can you think of a time when you refused to blame God and chose to worship Him in your time of testing?

Your Comment. Please,

In my early days in the faith. Then I decided to study and find what the Word of God says. Then I knew we all sin; satan is the accuser of the brethren, no matter who does the talking. And that we are more than conquerors. I cannot stop thanking God for who He is and what He has done for me. I had to find out what was going on. Was it God? Was it the fallen flesh? Was it the devil? You have to have clarity on these issues.

Q ) 6. Pray with one another and for anyone with specific needs or prayer requests.

Your Comment. Please,

Dr. Kevin Zadai’s Prayer:

Father, thank You for the Holy Spirit and the resurrection power. Let the Spirit of wisdom and revelation and the knowledge of You come upon all our family all over the world, that we may be ready. Help us be like the five wise virgins with enough oil ready and our wicks trimmed. Lord, prepare us to shine and to do the job that You’ve called us to do on the earth. I declare that we will be the glorious Church, without spot or wrinkle in the days ahead, in Jesus ‘ name, amen.

Anyone with a suggestion can post a comment, email me, or do both. What can we do as a body to support a local mission, such as the Bowery Mission in NYC? Links to this mission and other similar missions are included in each weekly email I send. Stay in the Lord, and don’t let anything steal your joy. Circumstances come our way, but they cannot completely control us. Christians should not be left to their own devices but should take appropriate action when the waves rage. God bless you and keep you!
