Welcome to week 37 of the 2024 Home Fellowship Bible study under Dr. Kevin Zadai’s Warrior Notes Ministry. Here are my comments and insights on Dr. Kevin’s Home Fellowship Lesson for this week. I urge you to share your comments using the Comment link. Dr. Kevin Zadai’s suggested exercises are listed below. I’ve added my comments here to start the session exercises. I may purposely leave a short comment so others might comment on Dr. Kevin’s exercises on the blog. Your comment can be lengthy, but stay on topic. You can comment on these questions or anything that strikes you in Dr. Kevin’s discussion. It does not matter if five people have already commented on the same topic/question. Q ) Read and Discuss Psalms 91:3-6 and how this is a binding document of insurance.
“He will rescue you from every hidden trap of the enemy, and he will protect you from false accusation and any deadly curse. His massive arms are wrapped around you, protecting you. You can run under his covering of majesty and hide. His arms of faithfulness are a shield keeping you from harm. You will never worry about an attack of demonic forces at night nor have to fear a spirit of darkness coming against you. Don’t fear a thing! Whether by night or by day, demonic danger will not trouble you, nor will the powers of evil launched against you.”

When we read Psalm 91: 3-6, we sense that God knows the schemes of the enemy. He knows what can happen, and He knows how to protect us. This document binds us to God’s love. It is for those who seek God as their Savior. We are here for a little while, and then eternity knocks as we leave this temporal state (dimension) based on time. God’s binding document is signed in blood. The blood of Jesus, His one and only Son. If you never have, you can agree to this document by saying a prayer.
Q ) Read and Discuss Psalms 91:9-16. *This is what happens when we make the Most High our dwelling place. Discuss how His word is binding and never comes back void; it always goes forth. (see Isaiah 55:11)
When we live our lives within the shadow of God Most High, our secret hiding place, we will always be shielded from harm. How, then, could evil prevail against us or disease infect us? God sends angels with special orders to protect you wherever you go, defending you from all harm. If you walk into a trap, they’ll be there for you and keep you from stumbling. You’ll even walk unharmed among the fiercest powers of darkness, trampling every one of them beneath your feet! For here is what the Lord has spoken to me: “Because you have delighted in me as my great lover, I will greatly protect you. I will set you in a high place, safe and secure before my face. I will answer your cry for help every time you pray, and you will find and feel my presence even in your times of pressure and trouble. I will be your glorious hero and give you a feast. You will be satisfied with a full life and with all that I do for you. For you will enjoy the fullness of my salvation!”

When we make Christ first and foremost in our lives, the things of this world grow dim. We make God our first love and leave the tragedy of sin, pain, and death behind. The world and satan will always paint a dark image. This can come from any person and any place. satan wants to add trauma to your life and get a response. A person may go back to a sin that haunts their existence. But God’s goodness leads us out of darkness into His marvelous light.
Q ) Discuss the following idea: We don’t base our theology or doctrine on our experience. We base our doctrine on the word of God. If we don’t measure up in experience, then it’s not God’s fault. Don’t blame God. Go back into the secret place and make the Most High your dwelling place.

We must realize that we are fallen, and the world, satan, and our flesh work against us. We must abide in the secret place and escape the trappings of this life to live in the presence of His peace.
Q ) Discuss the concept of visiting someone versus living with them.

This is a place you want to live in and not visit occasionally when the going gets tough. We seem to go to God when tragedy strikes. We somehow hold God accountable and blame Him for the tragedy. But the fact is we are at fault. We distance ourselves from God and try to appease Him by visiting Him. We know He is good and will bring restoration to our souls. But God has told us to stay close and not drift into places that will bring harm.
We have access to the Holy of Holy by the precious blood of Jesus. We have The Holy Spirit inside of us, and we have direct access to God Himself, His presence, power, and pleasure as He loves us and endorses us as His children. The Blood covenant Christ made with God holds firm, and there is nothing that can separate you from His love. Walking in purity gives us protection from the flaming darts of the enemy, and His word quenches any attack swiftly. No darkness exists in the presence of God.
Pray with one another and for anyone with specific needs or prayer requests. Circumstances come our way, but circumstances cannot take complete control of us. Christians should not be given over to situations but take appropriate actions when the waves rage.
